“We were using an internally developed MRP system for several years. Our substantial growth moved us beyond the capabilities of that system to support our growth. We implemented Misys in 2011. Due to the complexity of our operation it was critical for us to have an integrator who could tailor the software to meet some of our unique transactions and reporting. NextLevel was an outstanding partner in this implementation. Using Misys has increased our inventory turnover by 31% and improved our productivity by almost 14%.

Our organization has been with NextLevel for almost ten years. In that time, we have collaborated on numerous process improvement projects. Our most recent endeavor has been to automate our allocation process. We are estimating that this will save end users across our organization over 30 hours per month by automating what was once a very tedious, manual process. In addition to this specific project, the staff at NextLevel are always quick to respond whether it be a general question or providing a complex scope of work on software customizations.
