In our experience, project management and oversight are key elements of a successful implementation.  Further, the Project Management responsibility is shared between your company and NextLevel.  Each organization will need to have a Project Manager identified.  We utilize a tailored project plan to manage tasks and timelines and ensure that all team members have project visibility.  We conduct weekly status calls between the project managers to ensure a forum for updates and to address points of concern.

Solution Discovery is essential to the successful deployment of the solution and is the first phase to be performed. Deep dive meetings will be held to identify the precise solution details.  These meetings will require the team members from your organization with the best experience and understanding of the topic – commonly called Subject Matter Experts (SME). 

UAT consists of a full test migration and processing of extensive test transactions to ensure your solution is ready for production use.   It is essential that UAT is company-led and championed by the executive team to ensure that Go Live is a “non-event.”
